Automation contract
Each run has an idempotency key and source cursor. Each candidate stores its source URL, fetch and publication dates, content hash, extraction payload, confidence, claimed entity, and deduplication key.
Sources are declared in lib/research/sources.ts and swept by a daily cron. A source's trust tier caps the confidence of anything it produces, and a secondary source cannot be approved without primary corroboration or a recorded override. Open the review queue.
